Chakra Cleansing, Balancing and Energising

If you're interested in experiencing a powerful way to support the healing and balancing work that you are already doing ... by dissolving and integrating old issues at the energetic level at which they function ... this course will definitely help.

Un-resourceful patterns, emotions and beliefs are stored in the energy body and the physical body. These "unconscious programs" cause individuals to experience the same upsetting and negative life events again and again and prevent them finding the serenity and fulfilment that we are all designed to achieve.

This two-day, weekend course uses deep relaxation, specially created Guided Visualisations (tuned to the energies and associations of each major chakra), colour and sound to help you connect and work with your energy system, so that you can release the past and live more in the now.

This course will be led by Peter Buckley, a professional Hypnotherapy trainer who teaches the Hypnotherapy Diploma; Hypnotherapy Masterclass; and Rest, Rebalance and Review courses here at The Martinsell Centre.

Over the course of two days you will be helped to access deep relaxation, taken through seven Guided Visualisations, taught how to easily make changes at the energetic level, and engage in personal change work with the support of Peter.

  • Learn powerful ways to take control of your emotions ... How would you like to boost your ability to create, and hold onto, positive feelings that make life easier?  - or perhaps free yourself from negative feelings: fear, anger, guilt, shame - feelings that hold you back? We'll teach you simple and easy ways to be the master of your feelings and emotions, rather than the victim.
  • Learn powerful ways to motivate yourself ... You know there are some things you "should" do,  but just thinking of doing them can leave you feeling tired. We'll show you how to engage your Unconscious mind so that you'll have almost finished those tasks before you realise that you've started them!
  • Finding out what you want and achieving your goals ... You may have heard of "The Law of Attraction". We can show you how to utilise your Unconscious mind to help you remove obstacles and help you get what you desire.
